Agents act on behalf of a business and the agent will often negotiate and secure contracts for the principal business in return for a commission. This document creates an agreement regulating such a situation. It also contains a clause to deal with the effect of the Commercial Agents (Council Directive) Regulations 1993 S 1 1993/3053. Agents are not employees of the business and this agreement should not be used for employee relationships. Please note that this document is not suitable for partnerships who are not limited liability partnerships.
Distribution agreement - Price: £500.00
This distribution agreement regulates commercial terms whereby one business supplies goods to another undertaking for resale or onward supply. Please note a distribution relationship is different to an agency relationship. An agent acts on behalf of a business whilst a distributor will buy wholesale from a business with a view to selling on the goods for the benefit of their own business.
Agreement for the supply of goods (non-retail) - Price: £500.00
This is an agreement for selling goods to another trade party. Do not use this document if you are selling to consumers (i.e. persons not acting as part of a business). The agreement covers such issues as time for payment consequences of non-payment rights of cancellation etc.

The incorporation of these terms and conditions into any contract for the supply of goods would bind both purchaser and seller to the obligations set out. However there are detailed rules as to how and when terms are successfully incorporated in to a contract. If you are unsure of these rules or would like further guidance please do not hesitate to contact 01603 703218 .
