Mutual non-disclosure agreement - Price: £100.00
This agreement (a mutual NDA) allows two parties to protect confidential information when they are negotiating a joint venture. Should negotiations fail the agreement will help to protect information from being made public. Care must be taken to ensure that the information which it is intended to keep confidential is marked as being confidential. Please note that in most circumstances for this agreement to be enforceable in the UK courts at least one of the parties needs to be resident in the UK.
Non-disclosure agreement - Price: £150.00
This agreement allows one party (the discloser) to reveal to the other (the recipient) information which the discloser considers to be confidential. Where there is a joint venture both parties will need to protect their confidentiality and as such our Mutual non-disclosure agreement would be a more appropriate document. Please note that in most circumstances this agreement to be enforceable in the UK the discloser must be resident in the UK.
Model photograph agreement - Price: £100.00
This is an agreement between a photographer and a model. The model will pose for photographs to be taken by the photographer. There are various options for payment to the model.
Photographer s agreement as to the use of his or her work - Price: £300.00
This simple agreement allows the commercial exploitations of a photograph.
Trade mark licence agreement - Price: £450.00
A short form license agreeing allowing another to use a trade mark within a specific area.
Transfer of copyright in photographs - Price: £150.00
This agreement is intended to provide for the sale of the copyright in photographic negatives.
